I sought help from a Professional Career Counseling Program. I then learned that there's nothing wrong with me, there were just a number of unique skills and natural talents that needed an outlet. I know you will relate to my challenges that caused me to make a major change in my life.
Questions to ask yourself about your Career Wellness:
What exactly is my role and am I satisfied?
Where do I want to go with my career?
Who do I look to for support and guidance?
Why am I doing what I'm doing?

1. Define your role.
2. Connect with someone who can help you.
3. Look at how you got to where you are, professionally.
4. Decide what your professional goals are.
5. Define your purpose.
6. Act.
